Also known as “James” is a lifelong Tennessean and has called Nashville home for nearly 20 years. With a master’s degree in education from the University of Tennessee, Jamie transitioned to real estate, leveraging 16 years of personal investment and transactional experience. Also known as “Kate,” has been a Nashville resident for over 20 years, having moved from North Carolina to attend Lipscomb University, where she majored in Spanish and Education. With 16 years of experience teaching in public, charter, and university settings, Katie leverages her educational background to guide clients through the home buying and selling process effectively. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and their three sons. She loves to explore new places and restaurants with her family and friends, and feels most at peace in nature. She is deeply grateful for the community she has in Nashville.
